When Chris is not busy selling Real Estate she frequently visits Folly Beach with her four legged loyal companion, Olivia. South Carolina beaches are beautiful and Chris is sure to take advantage of them. Fine dining downtown is also a favorite pastime for Chris. Being a Fine Art Major from Guilford College Chris has an incredible appreciation for the creative energy in Downtown Charleston.
Community: Chris is also an active member in the ASCEND Foundation (Annie Scandalios Cancer Ends Now Derivative). The foundation began in 2001 and has reached status on a national level. Chris has organized and participated in fund raising activities for ASCEND and has grossed over $10,000 for the foundation. Chris is also involved in the Pay It Forward Foundation. Its members consist of 9 Realtors who were each given $50 at a workshop hosted by Patti Kaprelian in Los Angeles. They were told to double their money and pay it forward. The group opened an account with $900. The mission of the group is to help someone buy a home that needed extra assistance. The buyer had to exhibit similar qualities of compassion as the members of the Pay IT Forward Foundation. Last year the foundation put their first buyer into a home!!! It was a complete success! Chris is also involved in Women for Women International. This foundation aids the women in the Congo of Africa that have been emotional and physically scared. Chris sponsors a woman and provides relief through letters and postcards.
