Chris has been our trusted advisor since our very first house purchase back in 2001. And, thank goodness she was a rockstar, who knew the real estate market so well, because we had no clue what we were doing back then. But, with Chris’’ guidance, we found a wonderful home in a great location. Five years later, she helped us sell that house and we were very sad that she could not go to Durham, NC and then Atlanta, GA to guide us in our real estate transactions there. When we decided to move back to Charleston in 2015, we wouldn’t have considered anyone other than Chris to help us find the perfect home for our family and, as usual, she was amazing to work with. Houses were selling so quickly in our chosen area (and I was 7 months pregnant at the time and we had a 2 year old), so it was hard for us to travel in from Atlanta each time a good house came on the market. Thank goodness we had Chris on our team. She saw so many houses for us and gave us great feedback and photos on each. With Chris’ guidance and support, we ended up placing a contract on our home site unseen. We would never have felt comfortable doing that if we were working with anyone other than Chris. She has helped us search for land since then and to purchase a beautiful lot (so close to waterfront) that will, hopefully, one day be the site of a cute home away from home for our family.
Chris knows the Charleston area and the real estate business so well. Her knowledge and experience are second to none! And, we know that she has our best interest at heart every time we work with her.
